A Foundation Built on Hope, Health and Hospitality

Leading a new vision within the healthcare industry.

Our Passion and Impact

As the fundraising arm of Ascension Sacred Heart, the Foundation’s work goes beyond seeking and stewarding the donations that make it possible to provide the best healthcare possible.

Each year we also hold several major fundraising events, all designed to bring the community together to support a mission it truly believes in. We undertake capital campaigns to provide funding for major construction projects, the acquisition of the latest equipment and technology and to support the introduction of new clinical services across the system.

The Foundation’s most ambitious capital campaign to date resulted in the construction of the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart. The campaign exceeded its goal, raising more than $30 million of the $85 million cost of the new hospital. More than 12,000 donors, whose gifts ranged from $1 to $5 million-plus, proved that every gift matters, regardless of the amount. It could not have been accomplished without the partnership of individual friends, families, businesses, community organizations and foundations. This is one example of why your support is so important.
